The Afterthought.

Was it the right thing to do?

Definitely the chivalrous one.

But chivalry at what cost? And of what repercussions?

But I'm glad everything's cleared up and done with. Another chapter of my life finally sealed, under lock and key.

And heck, it's not as if I don't have you =D and that I wouldn't give up for the world.

Back from Down Under!

I'm back guys! I know you all missed me! You guy DID miss me right? Right? RIGHT?

Neh, I didn't miss you guys either. =P

Anyway I had the BEST time there! Went to the Gold Coast, the eastern part of Australia christened the surfer's paradise. On the first day, we went to Movie World! For those who don't know, it's not a movie exhibition thingy. It's a theme park! =D Had loads of fun, though the rides could have been more thrilling. I guess my expectations have risen! Hehe!

And I thought I'd never say this, but my grandparents are cool. Especially my grandfather, who's like 70 something. HE WENT ON SUPERMAN! HAHHA HOW COOL IS THAT?! I think we've hooked him on roller coasters! =P

Then! The next day, we went to this REALLY ulu place called Binna Burra. It's somewhere in the forest on a mountain. REALLY high up on the mountain. Anyway we went there for the flying fox, which was really kinda short.

Then we went for a jungle trek through the.. er.. jungle. Haha the scenery was really cool and picturesque. With the mountain range covered in greenery and all. And there were huge rock formations and mini caves. Haha ideal cam-whoring spots! Which we did, A LOT. Hehe!

On the third day, we all did something that I'd been wanting to do for a VERY long time. We went to learn to SURF! For $45 for two hours, it was PRETTY expensive. Anyway, the surf school had this guarantee. They said that you would be able to stand up on the board after just the first lesson.

AND STAND UP I DID. MANY TIMES. For between 3 to 5 seconds each time. Hehe many wipe-outs I had. =P Haha in other words, I sucked. But heck! It was VERY fun! And VERY tiring. Yes, VERY TIRING.

On the next day, we ajourned to Brisbane city, the state capital. On the way there, we stopped off at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Quite the cool it was. Haha I LOVE koalas and kangaroos! Took many pictures, played with the kangaroos and had ice-cream. Then we continued our drive to Brisbane.

Upon arriving, we spent a LONG time finding the valet that was renting out bikes. Eventually finding it, we rode along the South Bank of Brisbane. Very relaxing and soothing in a weird way, considering it was in a city.

On the last day, we went to the water theme park, Wet N' Wild! Haha quite fun!! WAYY better than our own Sunway Lagoon =P the lines were damn long though. Many of us got some serious sunburn! I tell you it was FREAKIN COLD, but we still got sunburn. No clouds to shelter us that day.

Then we went shopping, and as usual the guys were bored stiff. The women and girls went loose and ran amuk as the guys sat around and stoned. Haha thankfully we had my uncle's canggih camera to play around with!

That night, we cousins decided not to sleep that night and sleep on the plane since we had to wake up at 5 am. So yeah we played poker til pretty late, but I could no longer tahan so I slept at 2 .30. However, things didn't go as planned as I watched like 4 movies on the plane. So I, in total had only 3 and a half hours of sleep.

Maybe that explains my current condition. I'M SICK. ON CHRISTMAS. Haha oh well!

Merry Christmas readers! And Happy New Year! May you be bequeathed with an abundance of presents and blessings! And your Christmas tree be very awesome- looking! I miss all of you, especially you.

Ecstatic!

After two years of waiting for it, working towards it, studying my ass off for it, begging for it, picking and choosing it, it is finally MINE!! GLORY BE ME!!! AHAHHHHHHHHHHHHAAHAHHAH!!

Ibanez RGT 6EX

I absolutely LOVE it!! It's like my perfect axe!! First of all, it's black which is kinda a necessity for me =P it's got a tremolo! 24 frets, neck-thru! HEEEEEEEEEEE I'm hyperventilating just BLOGGING ABOUT IT! Then of course, the EMG's fitted in!! Whoa, I've never used them before but they're a lot beefier than the single-coils most use and the ones I've ever had experience playing.

EMG 81 and 85, and my fan!

And I absolutely LOVE the finish! It's black in normal lighting, but when light hits it, it kinda shimmers this awesome blue sandblasted finish. AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

My other two loves.

The inlays are pretty special too! They're dots but they're offset! HEHEHHEHEHHEHE!! And the rosewood fingerboard. Sigh. So nice, so smooth. :D And I got a Ibanez TBX amp to go with it. Which I, actually, have NO IDEA if it does the guitar justice, since it's my first electric =P Hehe maybe now you know why I've wanted it so badly.

Thanks Ibanez!

You know, with all that hard work put in, getting something you really want is really worth it. Though sometimes things don't go exactly how you planned them to , ultimately, they actually do, since it's the end result that matters.

Kinda like you and me, don't you think? =D

Of The Cause for My Oscar-Winning Performances

Haha, unfortunately no. I didn't get an Oscar for anything, nor am I going to reveal where and when and how my performance took place. =P

Anyway, I woke up obscenely early on Friday (10.30 a.m.), but I kept hammering my alarm clock, activating the snooze and allowing me some 15 more minutes for the 8 hours of sleep I had allocated for myself. HAIH. The willpower of me. Haha

Washed up, got dressed, ate and went to Gardens to meet Chris and Joey. As usual, I was late. But seriously it wasn't my fault entirely! They shouldn't invent alarm clocks with snooze functions. It's just too... tempting. And heck, I love sleeping!

So I was "looking for them", actually looking for some restaurant I heard about. Listening to some A7X song on my iPod, I heard some jakun-ted noise from behind me. Hehe turns out that horrible sound originated from the two early birds =P across one of the several magical glass bridges in Gardens. (SKYVIEW HOOOOOOOOO!)

See the sky lah! Ok, moving on. We walked to MV to have Mcd's! I seriously don't know why some people have a problem with eating at Mcd's. It's cheap and fast! And it's cheap! Haha, well let's just say I'm a pretty kiamsiap guy and I was saving for something special =D

Then a few phonecalls were made and I realized I was probably the LAST guy to reach the place, having just found out that the rest had been shopping in Gardens all along. Hehe oops. We WERE making our way to the place but we just kept bumping into aquaintances and buddies, i.e. Prthiv, Ivan, Stan, Amir and SHAMEER!

Having hurdled those "obstacles", we walked to Gardens and Chris and I bonded while the girls did what they did best, SHOP. It was the first time I'd seen you in a while. A sight for very sore eyes. Anyway, Chris and I eventually got bored, so we went to Lacoste, took one look at A price tag and left, went to some other shop I can't recall, then into Levi's and out again, back to Miss Sixty where the girls were and they were still in the changing room. WOW.

Haha I'll never understand the shopping drive girls have. It's like... what drives guy to breathe. Instinct? I don't know! =P Anyway, after they were done, we went straight to the cinema, as we were ALMOST late. Bought some water, went in for Twilight.

It was OKAY lah. But don't take my word for it. I didn't watch some parts. =D When a guy's gotta go, he's gotta go right? Haha after the movie we made our way to MV for the Quiksilver/Roxy sale! 50% off! Walao eh!

Haha for the first time in a long time, I spent money for stuff I didn't really need. The occasional indulgence is forgivable, no? Haha even then I failed to fathom the shopping drives of girls. As you would expect, the place was PACKED. People were LITERALLY standing shoulder to shoulder.

Haha, I guess we fellow Malaysians can't stand to watch a bargain pass us by. Though 50% off some of the stuff still seemed hardly worth it. Considering my limited cash, I just got a pair of flip-flops, something I've wanted for a pretty long time, and a belt. All in all was about 70 bucks shaved off my wallet. PAINFUL.

Haha thus my kiamsiapness is revealed! After that, went to Italiannies for dinner. Pretty nice, wasn't it? =D Haha it's a good thing we shared, had I eaten one plate to myself I would have died on the spot. Hmm, many firsts we share, no?

After that, we just walked aimlessly around Gardens, entering every shop which took to our fancy. Though I knew I wasn't going to buy anything, I still enjoyed myself thoroughly. Maybe it was the mood the mall gave off, or maybe it was just the company. =D

After much more walking and talking, one of us went home, so what was left of the group walked back to MV and went to MPH. The nerd in me prevailed and I found myself flipping through this architechtural book, maybe looking for some ideas to play around with in Sketchup.

Thus, that concluded our day out. I went home and found that the mosquitoe bite on my neck had developed into some weird bruise-looking thing. Maybe I rubbed it too hard or something. Haha apparently it looks like a hickey >=P Yes, you guys fell for it.

Cool?

I'm actually enjoying reading Twilight. Pretty unexpected.

We can't do it later. So we'll do it now.

Adventure in the Clouds!

PMR's over and done with. Books and pens are a thing of the not-so-distant past. Some of us have forgotten how to write. What do you do when you're in such a predicament? *Ahem*

YOU GO TO GENTING WITH YOUR BUDDIES!

The first 417 (almost) vacation!

After some confusion about the bus departure, we eventually reached Genting at about 2, checked in, and went to First World Plaza to HYPER! The highlight was the Haunted House, which wasn't really haunted nor scary. I just screamed for the fun of it. Really. No, seriously. Hehe.
After much walking around and arcading, we went to the hotel and picked up Kong. Then we went for dinner at HAPPY VALLEY! Haha what a name, considering it was at the peak of a mountain. Though we were pretty happy. Many thanks to SanYap/Syap/Yaspan/ShiningMoon for the 30% discount voucher thingy.

After dinner, we went back to the hotel to gamble. I won 4 bucks! Though I've yet to collect my winnings, I doubt I ever will. Then, after bathing, we went to the cinema, at 11.15 pm, to watch "The Coffin". I didn't even have a say in the movie choice! When I was informed they bought a ticket for me, I was like, what the hell?

Haha, but honestly it wasn't that scary at all! Heck, Ivan and Stan fell asleep! Though some PEOPLE *ahemJenandXyang* were scared shitless. It didn't really matter that it was 1 something when the movie ended, since most of us were still super hyper. But I, due to the little sleep I got the night before, talking to her, was EXTREMELY exhausted. Sanyap and Derrick too.

So we broke off from the group and headed back to the hotel for some shut-eye. And Kong mysteriously went off somewhere to "walk walk". HEHE! Wonder what he meant by that.
After about an hour, the rest of the guys came back from their "Candyland", and wreaked havoc in the hotel room. But I was just too damn tired to join in. So after a while, Sanyap and I left the room and went to sleep with Kong. ON A DIFFERENT BED, of course. Ah, utter silence and bliss from the next hotel room where don't know what was going on.

The next day, we all woke up like zombies, and had little energy. Sanyap and I had about 3 hours of sleep, while the others had about 1. Haha even so, I too was a zombie. But when we're all together it doesn't take long for us to return to hyper-ness. Thus, we ventured to the theme park! After having MarryBrown's for breakfast, which was surprisingly pretty scrumptious, we bought our tickets and went loose.

We went on the Swinger, the Go-Karts, the Flying Coaster and others, but for me the best was the Space Shot. Being a chicken in the past, I'd never ridden on it before. But heck, I've conquered that fear =P

As you would imagine, being hyper for long periods of time can lead to extreme fatigue, and while waiting for the Bumper Boats, many fell asleep or at least tried to, me included. I mean what kind of ride has a line an hour and 15 mins long?! But it was pretty worth it. =P We spent half the time in the boats bullying the sole non-417 person on the lake, a little 7/8 year old boy =D Haha we were freaking evil.

After having lunch, at MarryBrown's yet again, some left us, opting to go home and get some much needed rest. Xyang, Stan, Ivan, Weijun, and I opted to stay behind and play some more, while Derrick, who was sick, stayed in the hotel.
After playing 'til about 6.23 pm, we left for the hotel to get our luggage and walked the long, ardous journey to the cable car station. By then I was pretty tired, and no one really talked much. After realizing the cable car and bus tickets were lost, we bought new ones and headed down the hill. Xyang and I then left for dinner with the family at our usual Gohtong Jaya haunt.

And that concluded our 417 Genting Trip! Reading about fun experiences can be pretty bland, so for the first time in this blog's history, it's going to have PICTURES!

Enjoy the feast for your eyes. =D

The 8th of November

Remember, remember, the 8th of November.
Or whatever the masked guy said in V.

BBQ POOL PARTY AT JUIN'S HOUSE!
I LOVE parties at Juin's house! I always seem to become either extremely hyper or blissfully immersed in bliss.
As usual I got there late, but the FESTIVITIES hadn't begun yet! After getting mobbed by the guys, they gave REALLY funny (quite bad, but still funny) ideas to me. And I'm kinda glad i decided against using them. =D
Slowly, everyone started arriving and suddenly Juin's house was crawling with crazy, noisy teenagers! Haha I think her parents must have had one hell of a headache. =D make that two!
Anyways, after much pujuk-ing, people started fulfilling the purpose of the pool party, which was jumping into the pool! Haha we had many a crazy time in there! Pics are unavailable to me at the moment, but I don't really intend to get any.
After a couple of accidents in there, we slowly got out and went to chomp on the pot-luck grub. But the best was the BBQ beef =D
"Ah Mah!! Medium-rare!!"
"OKAY!!"
After eating and "scaring" people with the non-existant Sally who was constantly sitting next to ANYONE who had an empty seat next to him/her. Quite retarded! But we were high. And we played with the sparkling juice bottles! Shoot shoot! Hehe!
Later that night, we switched off the lights and told GHOST STORIES! Haha when I was halfway through mine, some people left the room in FEAR! Hahahah chickens! Someone left halfway through too. Felt bad for not following out. Damnit.
After that, we had an EXTREMELY hyper session of SIGN! Walao, I don't think I had been so hyper since... I don't remember. We did that for what seemed like an eternity, then went home at 12. Wow. Midnight.
I had the best time. =D
I'm pretty glad it happened. Scratch that. I was absolutely euphoric. We could have basked in that perfect bliss forever.

Recall, Reminisce and Relive.

Walao, I should get some big-ass prize for thinking of those titles. =D hehe.

In truth, I have absolutely nothing to blog about. But PEOPLE is wanted me to be updated mine blog. I think from the horribly broken English one could guess the person. If it isn't obvious enough, just take a peek at my Cbox. =P

Anyway, these past few days have been pretty hectic. Not to mention tiring. EXTREMELY tiring. Since the oh-so-important Setia Cup is just around the corner, Kong's been torturing us. A LOT. But heck, it's all FOR OUR OWN GOOD. Haha I feel much more stamina-filled already. I think.

And now, sitting in my room, I have this weird feeling that I'm feeding mosquitoes. I just killed two but what the hell I still can feel stuff biting me and sucking MY BLOOD. The world should be rid of these retarded pests. They're of no value to any other species but their own.

But then again, we're not so different in that sense.

Nevertheless, I positively, extremely, outwardly, proudly and rather enthusiasticly HATE mosquitoes! Where the hell in their evolutionary cycle did they decide to only to be able to reproduce after sucking blood? Where's the sense in that? They could have just adapted to some other liquid... Say... Water! I mean heck, they lay their freakin eggs in water.

Moving on! Talking about mosquitoes could lead me on another tirade much like my earlier one on the head honcho. =P

On Friday, the Community Service Club which "proudly serves our community" or rather a chosen portion of it, went on a field trip! The whole trip costed RM 55. Ok lah. Not THAT expensive. FIRST, we went to the KL tower. Wow. Only when I went up to the observation deck did I partially comprehend the magnitude of air pollution in KL.

Anyway, we kind of went hyper up there, using the powerful binoculars thingy to spy on couples and random people. I know, it's stupid and non-sensical, but it seemed like the right thing to do! And people don't think straight when they're hyper. HOR?

After like 10 minutes wasted looking for two people on the observation deck who were actually already downstairs doing whatever they were doing, we took a bus to Mcd's! And we all got a McChicken, one Coke and a packet of fries. Now, if you know me personally no doubt you'd say that that's not enough for Zyang, for he eats too much. Unless he's broke.

THUS, destiny smiled upon me and it turned out Anish can't stand mayonaise, so he gave his McChicken to JunShern and I! Then after I took a small bite from it, JunShern suddenly didn't want it anymore. Don't know why. I think. =P hahah heck his loss my gain.

Then after pigging out, we went to Aquaria! Believe it or not it was my first time there. After watching the same introductory video reloop for a couple of times, we finally went in. It was actually pretty interesting (the nerd in me lives again), looking at all these animals I normally only see in the TV box.

Then, we went into the underwater tunnel thingy! Kinda like the Sentosa one, I think. Haha it was actually kinda cool. =D Seeing real live sharks swimming next to you and giant stingrays (the thing that killed Steve Irwin) gliding overhead. And for some reason we kept seeing this fat angmo diver. So we thought he was some foreign caretaker or something, but he didn't seem like he was working. He kept posing for pictures and stuff. Haha but much to the liking of the visitors I guess.

Then, we waited in front of this glass panel which encased part of the water tank, waiting for the feeding session. THEY PROMISED THEY WOULD FEED THE SHARKS IN FRONT OF US. The liars. They fed the fish and turtles. But the stingray was pretty cool.

Thus, no day can be smooth flowing and happy throughout. After we left the "Aqua Theatre", Anish realized he lost his phone. So Yuken, Junshern and I stayed behind to try to help look, but the incompetent employees there only let him go back to look. Wouldn't it help if there were more eyes looking out for the thing?!

Anyway the search turned out fruitless, and the Aquaria people said they would review the CCTV footage to "find the culprit". And then do what? A mere consolation for the loss I guess. As if they're going to inform the police or something.

Thus, in the bus, once again racist jokes flew and so did really random things. But that's how the CS bus always is. =D Quite noisy.

The day went by, but we weren't really together. That's how it goes I guess, with that many people. =D

Afterlife.

Of pre-PMR life that is. Well, there's just one word to describe it SO FAR.

BORING.

Well, maybe it's because our MASSIVE plans haven't been dilaksanakan yet. Though I'll probably be missing out on the most massive one of all. And, this just proves how big a part of my life studying was. Everyday was the same.

1. Come home.
2. Eat.
3. Bathe.
4. Nerd.
5. Eat some more.
6. Nerd some more.
7. Sleep.

Shitting went occasionally in between these 7 simple steps to preparing for PMR. But now I'm FREE!! Even the entrance exams are over!! Now, it's just post-exams and HOLIDAY! This is taking WAY too long to sink in.

I cannot wait for the games to start! Though it's kind of a tradition for tempers to flare and insults and complaints hurled around during the games, it's all in good competitive spirit, though sometimes unwarranted.

Moving on, I somehow got myself into the "Create Your Ideal Home" contest, along with Qwei, Juin, Rae and Liksheng. And, we have to use this Google Sketchup program to do it. Under orders from Juin, I downloaded the software and fiddled with it. It is dangerously ADDICTIVE. Though my first attempt looked like crap.

I ended up having to watch a tutorial on YOUTUBE, once again under Juin's orders. The STUPID program is so damn hard to use. Not to mention dizzifying. Thus my half-assed house.

Well, now that PMR's over and done with, I've resolved to finish my "List of Things to Do After PMR".

1. Record a gazillion songs.
2. Learn piano.
3. Read the many books I've bought but haven't read.
4. Get A LOT of sleep.
5. Watch Heroes and Prison Break.
6. FINALLY watch Dark Knight. No, I STILL haven't watched the movie of the year.
7. Read through all the prospectuses I've collected from many an edu-fair.
8. Learn Add. Maths.
9. Just sit down and do nothing.

I realize I'll probably NEVER do some of the stuff on that list. Especially number 8. Haha but heck, shoot for the moon right?

What you did I regard with utter respect, though it was the last thing I'd expect.
Everything felt right for a while. =D I'm glad things are the way they used to be again.

Don't you?

Zyang.

The End of PMR.

One could only fantasize about how much I and probably the rest of all the other Form 3's have awaited for this day. 17th October. Finally, PMR is over!

Well, in truth, I don't feel very different. In fact, I feel like crap. But I shall not delve into the matter.

Upon leaving the hall, squeals and roars of "PMR FINISH LIAO!!!" rang around the landing of the first flight of stairs from the exam hall, where the feeling of "freedom" finally sank in. As did I, upon reaching the classroom, screaming of sheer joy. Yeap, a few moments of joy and relief.

Then, we got changed and we, the 417, save for two of us, + Yuken and Junshern and Hangyu, the Ah Mah gang minus Quinnie, did what we did best. Go hyper and take LRT to KLCC. Haha, the utmost RETARDED things we do in the LRT car. It's no wonder society thinks so lowly of teenagers. Not that we cared.

After ATTEMPTING to scare people with Stan's ghost ringtone, failing quite miserably, we reached KLCC and watched Eagle Eye. The movie... OK lah. Predictable storyline but entertaining lah. Shia Labeouf, or however you spell it, was quite good. Haha still kinda reminiscent of his early stint in "Even Stevens". I think it was that show. Ya.

Anyway, after that, we went to the Food Court, due to the kiam-siap-ness of most of my gang, me included. Er, quite embaressing conversations took place. =P Of which I shall not mention.
Then, most of the guys went off to lepak. EXTREMELY sien. We should have gone to Petrosains for two danger-filled hours.

Anyway, then we squeezed like 11 people, excluding Xy's mum, into the Innova! We should be inducted into the Malaysian Book of Records. Not for the "Most Jakun People in One Innova", but for the "Most Noise in One Innova". Imagine the horror of the only two girls who sat in front, hearing all our... disturbing crap.

Reached Rong's house for training half an hour late. LUCKILY the coach wasn't in a foul mood, otherwise, we DIE. Well, we almost did eventually. PMR sucked away all of our stamina. Well, mine anyway. I wanted to die halfway through. Had HORRIBLE cramps halfway through, thus playing like shit.

Reached home at about 10, without dinner. The last time I ate was at like 1.30. VERY hungry. Had dinner, guitar-ed for awhile, did something I think was the right thing to do, and am now blogging.

Though today should have been FREAKIN hyper, it really kinda felt empty. A day NORMALLY filled with fun and craziness, I spent half of it just stoning and thinking about how incredibly wrong things turned out. No doubt, my friends helped take my mind off it, but it endlessly poked at my conscience, making me realize just how deep I am in this whole affair.

Why can't things just turn out the way that they're planned to? They never seem to.

Destiny shouldn't be preordained, but shaped by one's own hands, be it be shaped for the better or for worse.

Late Night Endeavours.

Gee, this post's title sounds incredibly obscene. Cool.

Hey guys. It's 5 am. In case you come from some nocturnal part of the world, which I doubt, it's the time rubber tappers wake up to do what they do best! Er.. which is tapping rubber. It's also the time when MOST Malaysians are in a deep state of unconsciousness, A.K.A. SLEEPING!

One may wonder what the hell this guy is doing AWAKE at the unearthly hour, let alone blogging at this unearthly hour. Thus, I have THREE letters for you.

PMR!

Yes, I just realized how FREAKIN CLOSE it is! And I am officially PANICKING! Even had a sudden wave of stress hit me this morning. "Shit, only 11 days left to PMR, Zyang you're freakin screwed." Haha then I thought of the losers whose blogs I was reading who were still wasting their time blogging when they should be studying their butts off! And instead of realizing their mistake (maybe I did, I just conviniently tossed it to the back of my mind), I'm now spending TWO TIMES more time READING THEIR BLOGS, as well as updating my own.

STUPID NO? NO LAH, of course. Haha I've persuaded myself to think that this is a way to de-stress and to release much pent-up tension. Oh, my mind is so vulnerable to persuasion! I guess that's also known as being lazy. What to do... never mind lah. Rest short while is ok! Right?

Well my blog is relatively young, and already I'm neglecting it. But I've been too busy with PMR and stuff. Yes, STUFF. Haha I promise it'll be more active once this dreaded exam is over and done with. Then I'll find some new template and change my Cbox's colour scheme as Kharenee has requested!

Ok, I'm starting to feel somewhat sleepy. Time to bury myself in sheets. Good night readers!

I'm hoping it's a case of "no credit" or "uber tired-ness". It probably is. I hope. =D

A Day of Ponteng-ing.

Thus begins my day of ponteng-ing, my first in quite a while. The last time I came after break so it counted as HALF-ponteng. As any right-minded "head and shoulders above the rest" Wesleyan would do, I'm going to spend my rare day of brief freedom, STUDYING! The nerdiness can be credited to the head honcho, who so glorifyingly claims credit for the results of the STUDENTS, when the head honcho truly barely does anything other than befall the ill-fated with dreaded DC.

Yes, the head honcho thinks that the perfect teenager should dedicate 100% of his or her meaningless life to books, books and more books. Perhaps the intention is to turn us all into soulless, walking dictionaries. The "best five years of your life other than college" is a farcry from the head honcho's iron-fist rule.

Almost every morning, the head honcho bombards us with endless non-sensical gibberish, constantly reminding us of the date as if calendars were non-existant. WE KNOW THE DATE. And of course, the mountain of pressure put on the exam years, Form 3's and 5's. The head honcho expects MUCH MUCH MUCH from us, and will of course claim MUCH MUCH MUCH of the credit of our results, presuming they turn out well.

Just yesterday, the head honcho held the ENTIRE lower secondary back for "a few words". The head honcho's words were "many insightful things" on the PMR. Yes, we realize we must take care of our health, as if we deliberately allow germs and bacteria to multiply and overrun our bodies. I could only imagine the utter and excruciating boredom of the Form 1's and 2's. At least the issue concerned us.

Then the head honcho proceeded to inform us of a ban on ALL storybooks with the exception of library books. Maybe the school library is going out of business. The head honcho also intends to limit and filter what we, the students read. Whatever for? We will read what we want, and as if the ban will stop students from reading whatever at home. So much for cultivating a love for reading. This scenario reminds me "fondly" of the our draconian and contradictory government.

I realize that the heading for this post is quite inappropriate, but I'm too lazy to reach for my mouse. Perhaps it should be "A Tirade Against The Head Honcho" instead. But of course, "revealing" and discussing your dislike for certain "high-ranking"
people in our school has brought doom to some before, thus the privacy of this blog. It resulted in severe and unnecessary punishment. Punishment usually reserved for serious offences, once again reminiscent of the "beloved" kerajaan. Perhaps a change of leadership would bring about change.*I support Miss Goh!**And Anwar.* ;)

Much is said about the head honcho amongst students, and perhaps even amongst the teachers. Who knows what they talk about in their oh-so-fancy teachers' lounge. Even so, "WHAT TO DO?" Correct, NOTHING can be done to defy the head honcho's rule. But yet swallowing all the crap sometimes results in choking. >=)

Anyway, the PMR exam is just 20 days from today, and though I think I am prepared, BM still scares the shit out of me. Thus, the kiasu-ness, instilled by the school and condemned by its principal, has spurred me to buy countless revision books, many of which I doubt will be finished before the dreaded exam.

A flash into the future, the Form 3's are thronging the office to collect their PMR results.

Scenario One: We do well.

Head Honcho: This is all because of the hard work and effort put in by the teachers(true) and myself(ya kah?).

Scenario Two: We screw up, somehow.

Head Honcho: I don't understand. The teachers(once again true) and I(OH YES AR?) put in SOOOOO much hard work and effort, hoping it would bear fruit. I am deeply disappointed.

Get a life.

Ah, getting all that off my chest feels somewhat invigorating! Maybe you should try it too =P No this ISN'T a hate blog, nor is it a politics-related blog. It's just me typing out all the crap my brain is so constantly immersed in. Once again thanks to the propoganda and brainwashing by the head honcho.

Anyways, perhaps you're wondering why I would ponteng just to write this uber long post on my blog just to state what most Wesleyans feel. Haha well I just got carried away. It all just keeps coming out whenever I condemn the head honcho. =) Well, I have to go embody whatever the perfect teenager embodies, a perfect studying habit. Haha well, 'til next time!

Thy Brother.

Yesterday, some friends and I attended the wake of a good friend's father. No doubt he was extremely sad and deep in grief. Still, when two of us arrived, he hid his pretty apparent grief and welcomed us with embraces. He tried to be strong, but we all could see his sadness and true distress behind his "charade". But who could blame him, losing a family member can't be easy at all, especially one considered to be the pillar of the family.

Then, he said something very meaningful to the three of us who arrived first, "Luckily, I still have you guys. Otherwise life would really suck." At that moment, I suddenly realized that we weren't just a gang of boys who eat together, talk together and play together. We were more than just good friends.

His words revealed to me that he didn't just consider us as people who he can hang out with. Maybe to him, we're people whom he can count on for help, when he's in need, through crappy times such as these. To be honest I didn't really think he considered me to be a very good friend until that night. Or maybe he was just making a general statement, perhaps not directed at me individually. I guess I would never know.

Truly a night of sadness, we did our best to cheer him up, but of course no amount of friendship can replace the love of such an important and significant part of one's life and family. Hopefully, he will put this behind him and concentrate on his priorities, though easier said than done. But haha *perasan* he still has us. At least.
